Jeff Michel leads City Wide Roofing & Siding with the same hands-on approach and commitment to quality that has defined the company from the start. He grew up in the roofing trade, working alongside his father and learning the craft from the inside out — from material selection and job planning to installation and customer care.
Jeff knows that every project carries the weight of the family name, and he takes that seriously on every job — whether it’s a single repair in Webster or a full commercial re-roof in Greece. He brings his own crew to every job, not subcontractors, and is available to talk directly with customers throughout the process.

Founder
Tougher than the nails holding your roof together. Milt was a kind-hearted person with a lively spirit that could bring energy into any space. With decades of experience on rooftops — from designing, building and laying tiles to stripping, gutting and refinishing old Victorians — his knowledge and expertise helped develop the systems City Wide uses today. He spent decades roofing Rochester houses and buildings and left behind a legacy of craftsmanship that guides every project we take on.
